Why do we focus on internet services?

There is a growing skills shortage in internet-related jobs in several North European countries. This skills shortage could be overcome by employing practitioners from other European member states.

However, this is hampered by the lack of transparency and comparability of qualifications for these professions at European level.

Internet services initiatives

The Digital Agenda for Europe (DAE) is the EU’s strategy to help digital technologies, including the internet to deliver sustainable economic growth.
